Managing Your Schedule
When life seems out of control and you feel as though you’re drowning in deadlines, obligations, chores and duties, it can get extremely overwhelming. Accomplishing anything can feel impossible. Working together to find the best way to manage busy schedules is a simple yet effective means to find a greater sense of calm and balance in your day.
What are your goals? What is it you want to accomplish in one week? One month? One year? Beyond that? It’s time to take the time to focus on your goals and aspirations and put dreams and ideas into plans and action. With the right support and strategies, it is possible to make your goals a reality.

You’re going cross-eyed when you look at your ‘to-do’ list and it feels like everyone wants something from you and you have nothing left to give. You’re trying to balance work, being a mum, being a partner and just being you for you. You feel like you’re failing. I’m here to help.

My burnout program takes you through 8 weeks, 8 sessions and a number of different topics to help you break free (and stay out of) burnout. Using videos, homework assignments and worksheets you work toward learning to better identify the signs of burnout, changing your mindset and disabling limiting beliefs. You also work to set goals and strategies that will help you feel more connected and more confident so you can fully enjoy a healthier way of living. My program is forward-facing and goal-oriented and can be referred back to when you need a reminder to step into self-care and strength.
