I’m Rebecca O’Neill, an LCSW-C with a strong background in working with children with special needs and their families. At Managing Motherhood Psychotherapy, I’ve expanded my focus to also support pregnant women, new mothers, and those experiencing mom burnout. I’m dedicated to normalizing the struggles of parenting, reducing perfectionism, and enhancing the joy and fulfillment found in the parenting journey.

Whether you’re facing the nuances of pregnancy, adjusting to life with a newborn, grappling with mom burnout, or seeking support in raising a child with special needs, I provide a supportive and understanding space. Together, we’ll tackle these challenges, aiming to transform overwhelming moments into opportunities for growth and connection.

With a commitment to making therapy accessible, I’m here to support you and your family in finding balance, joy, and resilience in the face of parenting’s many demands. Let’s work together to navigate the complexities of motherhood and special needs parenting with confidence and hope.
